PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe structure of a saddle ride type vehicle including an expansion passage having a capacity corresponding to the size of output of each cylinder. SOLUTION: A front exhaust pipe 63 and a rear exhaust pipe 64 are extended from a front cylinder 61 and a rear cylinder 62 configuring a V-engine 35, respectively, and a muffler 65 is connected to the rear end. The muffler 65 includes a lower first chamber 121 lead from the front cylinder 61, and an upper first chamber 117 lead from the rear cylinder 62 as expansion chambers. By forming an overhanging space 125 in the upper first chamber 117 overhung from the lower first chamber 121, the capacity of the lower first chamber 121 lead from the front cylinder 61 is made larger than the capacity of the upper first chamber 117 lead from the rear cylinder 62.
