PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a control system for a home delivery box and a charging control system for an electric vehicle and to integrally implement control of the home delivery box and charging control of the electric vehicle, thereby reducing the total cost required for the total equipment and system management required by collective housing. SOLUTION: The charging system for the electric vehicle includes a home delivery box 100 including a plurality of accommodation boxes 104 to be opened and closed with electric locks 1042, 1043 used for receiving home delivery packages or mail in the collective housing, a home delivery box control unit 101 for controlling locking and unlocking of the electric lock of the home delivery box 100, a power supply circuit 202 for charging the electric vehicle 300, and a control circuit 201 for controlling the power supply circuit. The home delivery box control unit 101, in addition to locking/unlocking control of the electric locks 1042, 1043 of the home delivery box 100, controls the charging services of the electric vehicle performed through the power supply circuit 202 and the charge control unit 201.
