<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce great energy by moving an arm to the right and left sides with initial small energy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Air accumulated in an air compressor is fed to an air cylinder for initially moving the arm to expand the air cylinder. Thereby, the abutting face at the tip of a dead weight is moved to the right and left sides. Then, when a rack gear frame abuts on a right/left movable rod, two right and left permanent magnets make the abutting face at the tip of the dead weight in contact with the roller of a generator on a right/left alternate basis. This causes the rotation of a generator to generate electricity. The two right and left permanent magnets are operated to stop the supply of the air to the air cylinder.
