<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for insulation improving rolling resistance (low fuel economy performance) and being also further excellent in processability of the rubber composition without reducing durability of a tire (without reducing rubber strength), and a tire produced using the composition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition for insulation contains a diene based rubber and a hydrogenated liquid polybutadiene.
