<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold box in which liquid is hardly leaked even during the conveyance by a pull handle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The parallelepiped cold box includes a container body 10 and a lid 20. A pull handle 40 is provided on one sidewall S1 out of sidewalls opposite to each other of the container body, and a positioning projecting line portion 20T is provided on a back side of the lid close to the sidewall S2 on the side far from the pull handle. A closing body TRF is provided, which is loaded on an upper part of the container body and located at the fixed position in a vicinity of the positioning projecting line portion, or moved to a vicinity of the positioning projecting line portion according to the inclination of the cold box when pulling the pull handle. The peripheral edge line TFF on the side of the positioning projecting line portion of the closing body has a shape along an inner surface 20TF of the positioning projecting line portion.
