Disclosed is a process for producing a mineral drinking water that is safe on health and is drinkable without anxiety. The process comprises a primary treatment step of treating a raw water with a filter which can be selected depending upon turbidity components of the raw water, a secondary treatment step of removing residual chlorine or organic matter through an activated carbon filter, a tertiary treatment step of adsorbing boron on an ion exchange resin, a step of treating water, of which the pressure has been raised by a pressure rising pump, with a reverse osmosis membrane, a step of adding a mineral concentrated liquid through a water injection pump, and a step of treating the water, to which the mineral concentrated liquid has been added, with a microfiltration membrane.
