摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser Doppler velocimeter for stably and accurately measuring the speed of an object. SOLUTION: The laser Doppler velocimeter 100 includes: an optical sensor 110 containing a plurality of light receiving elements 120 for receiving scattered light that is interfered and reflected on a surface of an object D; and a signal processing unit 130. The signal processing unit 130 includes: a CPU 138 for generating a selection signal to select one from outputs of the plurality of light receiving elements 120 by determining whether a signal level of the output is an allowed value or more; a selection switching part 146 for switching a signal S1 to a signal S2 based on the selection signal; and a difference delay processing part 148 for generating a pulse signal by superimposing the signal S2 on the signal S1 by delaying the rise and decay of the signal S2 only by a time difference corresponding to a phase difference between the signal S1 and the signal S2.
