<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag having high reliability of electrical connection between an IC chip and an antenna, and operation of the IC chip, and having excellent bending resistance. <P>SOLUTION: This non-contact IC tag 100 includes: a base member 101 spirally formed with an antenna conductor layer 3 made of copper foil on one side of a base resin layer 1 made of transparent PET; and a strap 103 having the IC chip 11 mounted on a transparent small piece resin film 7 through an electrode 9. The base resin layer 1 on the base member 101 side is formed of a PET film, and an insulation layer on the strap 103 side is formed of polyimide resin having a higher flexural elastic modulus than PET, so that the non-contact IC tag has the excellent bending resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
