<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for realizing an airbag door system for reducing a broken piece forming level of foam and a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: This airbag door has the substrate 8, an outer shell 4 and the foam 6, and all three layers have a mechanically weak line, and the respective mechanically weak lines at least partially separate the respective layers into an airbag door part 10 and a trim member part. A mechanically weak substrate line has at least one substrate opening. A mechanically weak outer shell line has a thickness part of reducing the outer shell defined by an outer shell cutting part of partially extending toward an outer shell upper surface by passing through a thickness of the outer shell from a lower surface of the outer shell. A mechanically weak foam line has a foam part of a reduced thickness defined by a foam cutting part of extending toward a foam upper surface from a foam lower surface by partially passing through a thickness of the foam.
