<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect an actual azimuth of a target object in such a manner that pieces of the information of ghost generated by phase reflection are adequately discriminated in a monopulse type radar device. <P>SOLUTION: In this monopulse type radar device, three or more reception antennas arranged in a straight line have a first antenna pair including two reception antennas forming a first interval as an antenna interval and a second antenna pair including two reception antennas forming a second interval as an antenna interval different from the first interval. The number of phase reflection at least at either of the first antenna pair and the second antenna pair is calculated on the basis of a ratio of the first interval to the second interval and a phase difference in reception signals at each of the first antenna pair and the second antenna pair, and thereby an azimuth of a target object is detected by using the number of phase reflection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
