PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component module allowing work to be easily performed in safety, and an outdoor unit of an air conditioning device including the same. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the electric component module 35 capable of controlling a refrigerant circuit 18, and the outdoor unit 11 of the air conditioning device 10 including the electric component module 35, and a module body 44 on which at least a power element 56a is disposed, and a cover section 46 covering a part of the module body 44 are disposed. The cover section 46 is thermally connected with the power element 56a, and held by the module body 44 in a state of being switchable between a close position P2 for covering the module body 44 so that a space to receive a cooling member 37 for cooling the power element 56a by a refrigerant of the refrigerant circuit 18, is formed, and an open position P1 to keep the space in an opened state.
