PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor shortening the read-in time of image data when using multiframe image data including the image data of a plurality of frames or the image data of the respective frames without increasing the capacity of the image data. SOLUTION: An image processing part 3 extracts multiple incidental information from the multiframe image data for which the frame image data of the plurality of frames and the multiple incidental information including an imaging condition are combined, generates the frame image data of the respective frames from the multiframe image data, and prepares single incidental information including the imaging condition of the respective frames from the multiple incidental information. An image generation part 5 generates the multiframe image data by combining the multiple incidental information and the frame image data of the respective frames, and generates the single frame image data of a desired frame by combining the single incidental information of the desired frame and the frame image data of the desired frame.
