<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body restraining tool capable of securely restraining arms and legs while avoiding physical danger from an attacker etc. <P>SOLUTION: The body restraining tool includes a restraining part 2 provided at one end of an operating rod 10 and a lock part 10 provided in the operating rod 10. In the restraining part 2, at least one of a pair of independent nipping members 11 each having a bent face inside is rotatably journaled to a support member 15 fixed to a tip of a slide bar 13 slidably inserted into the operating rod 10 and an oscillation plate 17. The oscillation plate 17 is rotatably journaled to the support member 15 to which the slide bar 13 is slidably inserted.
