<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism using gravity requiring no cost in a novel power generating method for easily generating power. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A heavy load 1 and a gear 3 are integrated with each other into a naturally falling state, and engaged with another gear 4 which accepts the gear. The latter gear is fixed to a floor. The former gear integrated with the load into the naturally falling state falls with gravity. However, because the gear meshing with the gear is securely positioned, the former gear is put in rotary motion at the same position and the latter gear is rotated therewith in the opposite direction, and their gravitational forces work in the different directions. At this time, the gravitational force is transferred to the latter gear, and can be used to generate power. Fuel is a gravitational material which requires no cost and produces no carbon dioxide to be exhausted.
