<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and surely execute drainage treatment of filthy water generated when a car is washed with water. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The car includes a drainpipe having an end opening in a floor surface of the car and another end opening downward and an electromagnetically operated valve arranged in the drainpipe for opening and closing this drainpipe. When a cleaning start operation part for starting to clean in the car with water, the car is moved to a specific floor provided with a drainage device connected with the drainpipe by a moving means and a car door is opened by a car door opening means and the electromagnetically operated valve is opened by a valve opening means. Thus, the filthy water generated by cleaning in the car with water is drained to the drain device through the drainpipe and the drain treatment of the filthy water is executed quickly and surely.
