<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit having few problems on thermal variations and enhancing the execution performance of a channel region of a transistor constituting the circuit as much as possible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electronic circuit is provided with an insulating layer, a graphene layer, and a circuit layer. The graphene layer is provided on the insulating layer. The circuit layer is provided on the graphene layer, and is provided with a plurality of electrodes and a plurality of wirings. A part of a plurality of connecting parts in the graphene layer connected with a plurality of electrodes has a distortion larger than that of the other parts of the graphene layer.
