<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system suitably setting an authentication demand level according to a person and improving a security level. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The security system has a model data storage section 120 storing attitude information model data of a person together with an ID given to each of persons permitted to access a second space from a first space; a lock mechanism section 160 locking or unlocking a shielding body provided between the first and second spaces; an imaging device 110 imaging the first space; and a probability computing means for extracting the motion of the person from the acquired imaging data to estimate attitude information and computing the probability of the person given the ID from the attitude information and attitude information model data. When the probability is a predetermined value or higher, unlocking of the lock mechanism section 160 is performed by a first authentication method, and when the probability is not the predetermined value or higher, unlocking of the lock mechanism section 160 is performed by the first authentication method and a second authentication method different from the first authentication method.
