PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual computer system, a migration method of the virtual computer and a program, for suppressing degradation in performance of the virtual computer in migration of the virtual computer. SOLUTION: The virtual computer system 100 is provided with physical nodes 101 and 201, and a virtual computer 103 is constructed in the physical node. The virtual computer system 100 is provided with a virtual computer management part 102. The virtual computer 103 is provided with virtual processors 105 and 106 and virtual resources (107, 108, 109 and 110). The virtual computer management part 102 detects access from the virtual processors 105 and 106 to the virtual resources, and determines relevancy between the virtual processors and the virtual resources based on the frequency of access, and when transferring the virtual computer 103 from the transfer source physical node 101 to the transfer destination physical node 201, the virtual computer management part 102 uses the determined relevancy.
