<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid chromatograph analytical method and an apparatus capable of desalinizing continuously and easily without changing separating conditions of liquid chromatography and detecting with various detecting devices in a flowing state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The liquid chromatograph analytical method includes steps of eluting an analytical sample with a mobile-phase solvent containing a non-volatile salt using the liquid chromatograph analytical apparatus comprising at least a liquid chromatograph section, a desalinizing section, and a detecting-analyzing section; bringing a functional particle having a non-volatile salt adsorption capacity into contact with the mobile-phase solvent containing the eluted analytical sample in the liquid chromatograph analytical method which conducts detection; performing desalinization by separating the non-volatile salt from the mobile-phase solvent; and detecting the analytical sample.
