<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous transmission by displaying a destination confirmation image. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Transmission destinations registered in a transmission history to the previous time or an address book are stored. When displaying a transmission destination inputted by a user as a destination confirmation image, in the case of including the transmission destination not matched with the transmission destinations registered in the transmission history or the address book, it is displayed as the destination confirmation image so as to discriminate that the transmission destination is not in the history, and thus the erroneous transmission is prevented.
