The method involves applying a layer of mixture of latex and stone in a pulverized form, and adding plastic e.g. PVC, with the mixture of the latex and the stone. Organic material is added to the mixture of the latex and the stone, where the organic material consists of rice husk and/or peanut husk. The mixture layer is applied by rolling, spraying, filling and immersing with water or solvent base, where thickness of the layer amounts to range of 0.3 to 3 mm.
