<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a motor driven part by supplying electric power to the motor driven part by the power generation of an assist motor without controlling a voltage of a DC bus. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage detector 64 is provided on the DC bus 110 electrically connected to a battery 19 of a hybrid type work machine.
