PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route information guide device and method and a program capable of performing another voice output, which is easy for a user to understand, on the basis of the user's request for another voice output near a guide spot on a route. SOLUTION: When a re-output receiving part 31 receives another-voice-output request, a guide position/time memory unit 32 memorizes the current time, and a re-output count part 33 counts the number of times of voice re-output request. A guide-speed setting part 35 sets a guide speed in accordance with the number of times of another-voice-output request detected by the re-output count part 33.
