<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrode that solves the problem of a performance decrease depending upon a manufacturing process of a solar cell module, and also to provide an integrated optical power generating element using the transparent electrode, and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent electrode used for an electronic device is made of a transparent electrode material, and includes: an electrode body 13a having light transparency to at least visible light; and a high resistance layer 14 which is formed in a part of the electrode body 13a to extend from a top surface to a reverse surface of the electrode body 13, and includes a first metal element included in the transparent electrode material, and a second metal electrode having a smaller valence than the first metal element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
