<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assembling a pressure-reducing valve to be connected with a central part of a diaphragm constituted by storing a valve mechanism having a valve element capable of being seated on a valve seat in a body and allowing a valve shaft part being continuous with the valve element coaxially to operate in accordance with pressure of a fluid in a pressure working chamber by reducing the number of restrictions on the assembly of this pressure-reducing valve to increase productivity and miniaturize a conventional pressure-reducing valve. <P>SOLUTION: This pressure-reducing valve is connected with the diaphragm 16, a diaphragm cover 78, a diaphragm flange 77, springs 81, 82, and the central part of the diaphragm 16. A diaphragm assembly 96 provided with at least a diaphragm rod 85 to be inserted into the diaphragm flange 77 and a body assembly 100 constituted by storing at least the valve mechanism 15 in the body 17 are prepared in advance, and the diaphragm flange 77, the body 17, the diaphragm rod 85, and the valve shaft part 34b are connected directly or through the other member to constitute this pressure-reducing valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
