<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic capacitor that facilitates multi-layering, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: Electrode strips 19 of internal electrodes 18a, 18b and 18c and dielectric strips 21a of a ceramic dielectric material 21 are arranged perpendicularly to the surface of a substrate 10 in the ceramic capacitor 1A, the plurality of electrode strips 19 and the plurality of dielectric strips 21a are alternately arranged in a direction parallel to the substrate surface. That is, the electrode strips 19 and the dielectric strips 21a are multi-layered in the direction parallel to the substrate surface, thereby facilitating the multi-layering in the ceramic capacitor by a known patterning technology. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
