<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for processing a dynamic image capable of suppressing the increase of a circuit scale and capable of replacing a mobile body with an image in a background more properly. <P>SOLUTION: The device 100 for processing the dynamic image including a motion searcher 101 includes: a region-attribute determining processor 103 determining regions corresponding to the mobile body region in before and after frames as new mobile body regions; and an image replacing processor 104 replacing image data in the mobile body region in one frame with the image data in the region not determined as the mobile body region as the region corresponding to the mobile body region in the other frame when the mobile body region is determined on the basis of the result of a motion searching and there is no mobile body moving towards the region corresponding to the mobile body region in the frame before one frame containing the mobile body region and when there is no mobile body moving in the direction that the mobile body contained in the mobile body region to the frame after the one frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
