<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and to call an appropriate corresponding person in the case of causing an abnormality in an object to be monitored. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A device for reporting that the abnormality has occurred in the object to be monitored is provided with: an abnormality information acquisition part 110 for acquiring information about the content of the abnormality; a corresponding person list 120 for storing the list of corresponding persons who correspond to the abnormalities; a corresponding process acquisition part 130 for enabling a corresponding person to acquire records of a process corresponding to the abnormality; a corresponding record storage part 140 for storing records acquired by the corresponding process acquisition part 130; a corresponding person selection part 150 for selecting a proper corresponding person who should correspond to the abnormality from the corresponding person list 120 based on information acquired by the abnormality information acquisition part 110 and the records stored by the corresponding record storage part 140; and an abnormality notification part 160 for notifying the corresponding person selected by the corresponding person selection part that the abnormality has occurred in the monitor object.
