<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system having a measuring instrument having a display part for displaying a measured value, and an imaging part capable of imaging the display part displayed with the measured value, and of outputting an image including the measured value after varied, in every variation of the measured value. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This management system S includes the first camera 210 arranged in the vicinity of a gasmeter 110, to pick up the image of the display part 111 displayed with the measured value, a logger side communication part 310 capable of receiving and outputting the image from the first camera 210, an image data storage part 331 for storing the picked-up image, a comparison part 321 for comparing the first image with the second image stored after the first image, and for detecting a difference therebetween, a determination part 322 for determining whether the difference is a prescribed value or more, or not, and an indication part 323 for indicating an output of the image data of the second image, to the logger side communication part 310, when the determination part 322 determines that the difference is the prescribed value or more.
