<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module having high productivity and high efficiency of power generation, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module includes a pair of electrodes 2 opposed to each other, and thermoelectric semiconductor units 4 and 5 sandwiched therebetween. Each of the thermoelectric semiconductor units is composed of multiple thermoelectric semiconductor elements 3 that do not overlap each other in the thickness direction thereof.
