<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform proper ranking of data. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When storage operation of an image file as the data is performed, it is decided whether the file is processed. When the file is processed (when a processing flag=1), a rank of the file is upgraded or downgraded according to contents of the processing. Thereafter, the file is stored.
