<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power adjustment unit for suppressing overlap of output peaks for a plurality of control objects. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An output signal arithmetic means 102 locates an output start signal to one control object on an optional zero cross point, and locates an output stop signal to the other control object on the next zero cross point. The output signal arithmetic means 102 locates an output start signal to the other control object on the optional zero cross point, and locates the output stop signal to one control object on the next zero cross signal. A power control means 103 controls opening/closing of power to each control object 400-1 to 400-n based on the output start signal and output stop signal of the output signal arithmetic means 102.
