<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device improving energy efficiency by increasing an amount of air passing an evaporator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The refrigerating cycle device is equipped with a refrigerant circuit having the evaporator 4, an air blowing means 11 for blowing air to the evaporator 4, and a bottom plate 12 arranged in a downward direction of the evaporator 4 and composing a bottom face part of a casing, and it is characterized by that a draft resistor 14 is disposed in a gap between a lower end part of the evaporator 5 and the bottom plate 12. The refrigerating cycle device with high energy efficiency can be provided by cutting off air passing between the evaporator 4 and the bottom plate 12 without further leaking, increasing an amount of air passing through the evaporator 4, and improving heat exchange performance of the evaporator 4.
