<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring return control valve and an assembly method of the spring return control valve, enabling screwing up of a spring and coaxial setting of components, without using a special jig for spring adjustment and a jig for coaxial setting. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a spring return control valve equipped with the first valve room 1 having the plug 5 to regulate the flow between the fluid outlet head 4a formed in the valve body 4 and the fluid inlet 4b, 4c, the second valve room 2 which is isolated with the first valve room by the first diaphragm 8a and operates a plug with the external pressure, the spring receptacle 12 which is isolated with the first valve room by the second diaphragm 8b and supports a spring 11 and the third valve room 3 that having the spring adjuster 17 to bias a spring to external pressure in an opposite direction, the spring adjuster has a penetration hole 17a capable of being inserted in the third valve room for the tool which fixes the second diaphragm, the plug and the spring receptacle.
