<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire having a tread made of a rubber composition capable of reducing rolling resistance while improving on-ice performance of the tire and its drivability on dry road surface. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tire has the tread 3 made of the tread rubber composition comprising: 100 pts.mass rubber component containing 10-90 mass% modified conjugated diene polymer (A) which has ≥90% cis-1,4 bonds and ≤1.2% vinyl bonds and has a primary amino group; a 1-60 pts.mass low-molecular-weight modified conjugated diene (B) which achieves a weight average molecular weight of from 2×10<SP>3</SP>to 15×10<SP>4</SP>at completion of a polymerization reaction; and a 10-100 pts.mass reinforcement filler (C) containing carbon black.
