<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for refilling, having a cut-off part capable of being folded and easily hooked on a pouch when being opened, preventing a folded part from coming off, capable of obtaining a spouting part with a projecting shape and capable of being stably refilled without need of applying remarkable modification on a filling machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the packaging bag for refilling, on an inside of a container on one corner side of the upper seal made by sticking the upper parts of front and back films each with an approximately square shape, a spout part positioned between an extending seal continuous toward the container bottom part side from the upper part seal and a container side is provided, and on the extending seal, a parting line part crossing a predetermined line for unsealing of a spout is provided. In addition, in the packaging bag for refilling, a cut stopping means is provided on the upper end of the parting line, and on the lower end thereof, a bending line toward the upper part of the packaging bag connected with the parting line is provided.
