<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage measuring apparatus and a storage device which can detect a DC component and an AC component of an input voltage signal separately with high precision. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The voltage measuring apparatus for measuring the input voltage signal includes a distributor unit for distributing the input voltage signal into a first signal and a second signal, a filter for filtering the first signal and attenuating the DC component of the first signal rather than the AC component with a predetermined frequency of the first signal, an adder unit for adding the output signal of the filter and the second signal, and an A-D convertor for converting the output signal of the adder unit into a digital signal. The distributor unit adjusts the amplitude of at least either one of the first signal and the second signal so that the level of the DC component of the output signal of the adder unit may fall within the input range of the A-D convertor.
