PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system enabling determination of the presence or not of spoofing by using delivery tracking numbers that are used by delivery companies for delivery management. SOLUTION: In the intercom system, a touch panel of a living room device is provided with a WEB browser to access a delivery company server through the Internet, a delivery company selection button to select a delivery company and access its server, a display portion 22 which displays a delivery tracking screen 33 provided with a tracking number input column 33a for inputting a tracking number into a tracking number input part on an opened WEB page, a tracking number confirmation button 34 to allow a visiting delivery company employee to input a delivery tracking number from a hallway device, and a start button 33b to collate the tracking number inputted from the hallway device with data stored in the delivery company server and display the collation result on the display portion 22.
