PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief processing apparatus which is rich in versatility and makes a relief-processed relief have a smooth finish. SOLUTION: The relief processing apparatus 1 has a drive part 12 having a pressure-welding body with its end formed spherically and a control part 11 having a processing information generating means 23. The processing information generating means 23 generates color difference information in image data, concentration difference information, information on a distance to an object, face recognition information, focus adjustment information, or processing for automatically forming a plurality of pieces of processing information by using operated domain information. The drive part 12 pressure-welds the pressure-welding body to a processing object according to the processing information and applies relief processing to the processing object by sliding the pressure-welding body on the processing object in a state that the pressure-welding body is pressure-welded.
