<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric lock device having both crime prevention property and operability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This electric lock device includes a state detection part 3 for detecting the locked state and unlocked state of a crescent lock 1 which limits the opening and closing operation of a door provided to a window, an electric lock 2 having a dead bolt 23 for limiting the opening and closing operation of the door and an electric drive part 22, and an unlock permission function part 24 for outputting an unlock permission signal for the electric lock 2 according to the unlocking operation of the crescent lock 1. The electric drive part 22 moves the dead bolt 23 to the locked position when the locked state of the crescent lock 1 is detected by the state detection part 3, moves the dead bolt 23 to the unlocked position when the unlocked state of the crescent lock 1 is detected by the state detection part 3 while the permission signal is input from the unlock permission function part 24 thereto, and maintains the dead bolt 23 at the locked position when the unlocked state of the crescent lock 1 is detected by the state detection part 3 while the permission signal is not input from the unlock permission function part 24 thereto.
