<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus for treating polluted water, which has a simple constitution and is compact as a whole, and which allows the reaction of a flocculant powder with polluted water to be performed completely in a short time and allows separation into large flocs and clear water in a separation tank. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The treatment apparatus for treating polluted water using a flocculant includes: a Mohno pump (1) for preparing and leading out a flocculant-mixed liquid in which the flocculant is mixed into a liquid agent; a line mixer (2) for mixing the flocculant-mixed liquid into the polluted water; a separation tank (3) for allowing the mixture of the polluted water and the flocculant-mixed liquid led out from the line mixer (3) to stationarily stand to separate it into settled flocs and clear water; an settled floc extracting device (4) attached to the bottom of the separation tank; and a clear water extracting device (5) attached to the upper part of the separation tank.
