<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food produced by coating an enzyme-treated coffee bean extremely reduced in remaining powder in the mouth when eaten while leaving flavor inherent in coffee so as to be improved in easiness to eat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The food produced by coating an enzyme-treated coffee bean includes: a processed material obtained by subjecting a coffee bean to enzyme treatment; an oil-and-fat layer containing at least one of vegetable oil-and-fat, and chocolate; and a sugar layer containing at least one of sugar and sugar alcohol, based on the processed material. Preferably, the processed material is such as to subject a coffee bean to enzyme treatment and then to roasting treatment.
