PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner enabling stable combustion by efficiently controlling a flow speed of combustion air, for example, even when a turn down ratio is large and an air blowing amount of the combustion air supplied to the periphery of fuel injected from a nozzle is largely fluctuated, in a combustion apparatus including a boiler. SOLUTION: The burner 1 includes the nozzle 20 injecting fuel and an air supply passage 3 for supplying the combustion air A sent from an air blowing means to the fuel injected from the nozzle 20.
