<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fluctuation of the engine speed due to a switching of a refrigerant circulating passage by opening/closing operation of an A/C valve 42, a FIR valve 44 and a refrigerating valve 46 of a refrigerating device 34 under a condition wherein a difference of the refrigerating capacity to be required to cool each of a cabin of a refrigerated vehicle and a refrigerator thereof is large. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A determination that the refrigerant circulating passage is switched is made based on a plurality of confirmations that the engine speed is lowered by a predetermined quantity α by using the engine speed when the lowering speed of the engine speed becomes a predetermined value or more as a standard. Thereafter, a refrigerant circulating passage switching cycle is learned based on a fluctuation mode of the engine speed. A switching determination flag is switched based on the learned cycle to forcibly reduce the ISC correction quantity for A/C by the in-refrigerator ISC correction quantity in response to the switching of the switching determination flag.
