The device has two lower support angle elements (4) fastened with a fastening element at opposite frame inner surfaces (5) that are turned toward fanlights (1) in an installed condition. Two upper holding angle elements (13) are placed with a holding angle bracket at a front side of the fanlights in the installed condition. The upper holding angle elements are pushed toward a fixing element that is fastened at one of the opposite frame inner surfaces by a movable opening. The movable opening is opened at a bracket edge of another holding angle bracket. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a glass door comprising a door leaf (2) a method for fastening fanlights at a door frame.
