<p>Disclosed is a method for predicting the deformation behavior of rubber materials, which makes it possible to analyze the viscoelastic behavior of rubber materials with good accuracy even at the microscopic level. More specifically, disclosed is a method for predicting the deformation behavior of rubber materials wherein a plurality of slice images depicting the cross-sectional profile of a rubber material in which a filler has been mixed into a rubber are acquired, the aforementioned slice images are converted to respective binary images to discriminate between the rubber parts and filler parts that are mixed together in the aforementioned rubber material, and a three-dimensional model is generated. The method for predicting deformation behavior of rubber materials is characterized in that structural parameters, in which the relationships between stress, deformation, and time are specified according to the stress relaxation measured at various deformations, are assigned to the rubber parts constituting the aforementioned three-dimensional model, and the deformation behavior of the rubber material is analyzed.</p> |
