A system for exploiting natural resources for a building, comprises a collector device (50) having a bearing structure (51), configured to be mounted outside the building and having associated at least one solar panel (52) and one container for accumulating rain water (53). The bearing structure (51) is configured to be mounted on a side wall of the building. The collector device (50) has a first inlet (54) for connection to a first branch of a drainage channel of a gutter of a building. The accumulation container (53) has a respective inlet, in fluid communication with said first inlet (54), and at least one respective outlet, configured for connection to a supply pipe (57) for supplying rain water into the building.
