The invention relates to a complex comprising a TGF-ß1 inhibitor peptide and a cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof. The invention also relates to an emulsion of a TGF-ß1 inhibitor peptide that comprises cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone. The invention further relates to methods for the preparation of the aforementioned complex and emulsion, as well as to the use thereof for the production of a drug intended for the treatment of a pathological condition or disease mediated by TGF-ß1.
