<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely position a needle point of a needle tube that punctures the skin, to a skin upper layer part. <P>SOLUTION: This injection needle assembly 1 includes the needle tube 2 having the needle point that can puncture a living body; a hub 3 holding the needle tube 2; a skin deforming part 4; and a distance recognizing part 8. The skin deforming part 4 is formed in cylindrical shape to surround the needle tube 2 and forms a bulge of the skin punctured by the needle tube 2, inside a cylinder hole 6a by pressing an end face 6b to the skin.
