<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting apparatus which can improve working efficiency in the setup of reference position parameter and can ensure traceability in the management of a jig. <P>SOLUTION: In a tool stocker 15 which accommodates a plurality of replaceable work tools which are mounted on a plurality of working heads according to type of a target component, a jig 74 for height, a jig 75 for center position, and a jig 76 for rotation position are accommodated, which are used in common to set up the operation reference position in machine parameter of a plurality of drive shafts to a predetermined position 15b for jig. A teaching treatment part is constructed so as to automatically perform jig mounting operation for mounting these jigs on a plurality of working heads and a data acquiring operation for acquiring data required for the setup of the operation reference position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
